Royal Mail is used for sending lighter weight and smaller goods, otherwise professional courier companies are used – UPS and DHL being the main ones, and these parcels have to be signed for on delivery, by someone aged 18 years or over. So allow for this when deciding a delivery address, or when to order, or consider requesting a specific day for delivery. Alternatively, we now also offer Access Points via UPS - this is where you collect from your chosen Access Point, which is usually a local shop with extended opening hours, enabling you to call at your own convenience.
Royal Mail do usually deliver on a Saturday, but couriers only deliver Monday to Friday on the service we offer on orders placed through this website.
There is no set time for delivery from any company during the day, but it is usually between 8.30am to 6pm, although the courier companies may deliver into the evening to residential addresses.
Goods will be delivered to you, the buyer, at the address provided by you on the order form.
We can deliver to an address other than the billing address, but please note that extra documentation may be needed to comply with such orders, and in some circumstances we may not agree to the request and advise that delivery can only be made to the billing address matching the card used for payment.
You will become the owner of goods you have ordered when they have been paid for and delivered to you.
Any dates quoted for delivery of goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of goods however caused. If, however, we are unable to deliver your goods by the date quoted for delivery, you, the buyer, shall be entitled to cancel the order at any time before delivery takes place.
