Orders placed before 3.00pm we aim to process and despatch on the same day. This is subject to authorisation of the credit card and completion of any security checks deemed necessary. You will receive an emailed acknowledgement of your order within 24 hours.
1. Most lightweight items weighing under 1.5kg are sent with Royal Mail first class post, and approx 85% arrives the next day.
2. Other items are sent with a Carrier:
For England, mainland Scotland, Wales and the Isle of Wight 95% arrives the next day, some parts of North Scotland and other remote areas are a 48 hour service. All parcels have to be signed for on receipt.
In the above two situations, carriage is free on orders over £200 inc vat.
3. Other items having to be sent on a Carrier Service sent to the rest of the UK will incur a surcharge for carriage ie: Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, and the Scottish Isles.
Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man and some parts of North Scotland are a 48 Hour Service. The Scottish Isles are 72 Hour Service.
All orders to the Channel Islands can be zero rated for VAT.

If your goods have been damaged in transit, you should retain the packaging and inform us within 24 hours of receipt, giving as much information as possible. All damaged or faulty goods will be replaced with an equivalent product, or a refund will be given.
Should we be out of stock of any item you have ordered, we will contact you to clarify the situation. If you choose to not back order an item(s) out of stock we will refund your card for that item or items.
The prices shown on this website include VAT. Goods sent to individuals within the EU will attract VAT at the current UK rate.
We are a UK Company based in England.
No Arrow parts can be sent outside the UK, and no Aerosol Cans can be sent outside the UK.
We cannot despatch to all countries – if your country is not showing on the list on the order form then we cannot despatch to that country.
All items shown on our site are UK Pounds Sterling (£) and you will be billed in UK Pounds Sterling (£).
If UK Pounds Sterling (£) is not the currency in your country, the amount you will actually pay will vary depending upon the exchange rate at the time your transaction is processed.
Lightweight items under 2kg are normally sent using a Royal Mail International Air service.
Other items are sent using an International Carrier service.
In all cases the packet or parcel will have to be signed for on delivery.
We will email you before processing your order, advising the carriage costs, and requesting your confirmation to proceed before charging your card. You will also be advised of the expected delivery time.
For individuals ordering within the EU, the goods ordered will attract VAT at the current UK rate.
For countries outside the EU, customs duties and local taxes will usually be due to be paid by you when the goods enter your country – B & C Express Ltd is not liable for any of these costs. VAT at the UK rate (sales tax) will not be charged on orders sent to a country outside the EU.

You may return parts no longer required, up to 28 days after ordering. You must email, telephone or fax to obtain a returns reference and return instructions before sending. The price of the goods less the cost of the carriage we paid to despatch them will be refunded. Please note that the cost of the carriage may not necessarily be the amount charged to you, it may have been fully or partially subsidised.
